New Time Limit?

I replied to a post and then tried to reply to another one but it said I had to wait 45 seconds. Is this because of spam or just some new thing you guys are using??

Yeah, not a fan.....For the fast typist's of the world, I don't like having to wait . Maybe 20/30 seconds?

Just so you're all aware, flood control was turned off the other day. It's not an issue you'll have to deal with anymore when posting quickly.
