Where Are You All From?

My husband just took a job at Johns Hopkins earlier this month, and so this is the first time I've lived on the East Coast. I grew up in the Mid-West, and I had lived in Florida for more than a decade. We bought a home on Ridge Road close to Reisterstown (beautiful area), and I'm looking forward to the snow! I have missed the cold. I know that's crazy to think that someone would miss the seasons changing, but I'm anxious for Autumn and Winter! :)

Born in DC, grew up "in the corridor", moved out west in1979.

Came back for two years while my Dad was doing cancer tx at Hopkins - graduated JHUSON in 2009.

Currently live in a TINY cow-town on the Rocky Mountain front, an hour from Glacier National Park, the Canadian border, and the fiercely independent Blackfeet Nation. With no local teams, football season gets real interesting around here.

Hang a banner, plant purple and yellow flowers every fall, gonna put out some of those those purple and black flamingos in the yard this year.- people think I'm nuts.

Love my Ravens!!

I'm sure I posted in this thread long ago and just can't find it and don't even remember if it's there...

born and raised in south-central Pennsyltucky straight shot down Rte 83 from Baltimore.

February of this year, I moved by choice to Colts country. Malkavian Raven can back me up on this as he lives a few miles down the highway from me: the suck is HUGE living halfway between Cincy and Indy! :D

I am Albanian. My family and I emigrated in the USA when I was 11. I have been living in Maryland for about 9 years now (currently 20 years old) and I have fallen in love with the Ravens.

Soccer/Futbol is the beautiful game, there is no denying that. But, the NFL is something different. Something tactical yet aggressive. A sport that requires pure strength. I love both sports, and I am a crazy Ravens fan.

Can't wait to bounce back from second week's dismal performance and destroy the Pats.

LESS GO!

Birmingham, Alabama. Been following the Raven's since the move, mainly because of Ozzie. And have continued to enjoy watching them because of the constant University of Alabama connections - at first JJ, LeRon, now Cody, Upshaw.

Actually flying up to Baltimore Saturday morning with the wife and two sons to see the Ravens/cowboys on Sunday. Really looking forward to it!!!!!

From Melbourne, Australia. Got sick of Aussie football, flicked channels one day last year and a Ravens game was on. Instantly loved it and have been following them since!

I'm from Hagerstown M.D. I live in freakin steelers country and it sucks! We need a Ravens Roost out here! Every time i leave my house theirs steelers flags everywhere and i get tired of seeing them. The funny part is that when the steelers lose the flags come down for the rest of the day! Ha Ha I can tell their not true fans cause no matter what the situation is for me, this Purple never goes away!! Hagerstown MD

A native and resident of an unholy land - Greater Cincinnati, immediately across the river in Covington, KY - in the shadow of the stadium where some other team plays.

How are you liking Crystal River? I was just there visiting my Mom this weekend. She loves it, moved there last year. The wife and I live in St. Pete.
