We just upgraded our offense, why cant ppl be happy about that, always someone trying to be negative.

Say what you will that Evans is declining. All good. I bet you this much though -- playing alongside Boldin, and having Flacco throwing him the ball will make him quite possibly the best #2 in the game. He is well worth a 4th round pick.

If another Frank Walker (not necessarily dissing Lee, just an example) signs with the Ravens, I don't need to see him suit up with us to see that he is terrible

Same thing with Lee, his speed has been dwindling a bit the past few years, and I totally expect to see that on our team. He'll still probably end up being a solid contributor, but he's not going to be a ground-breaking wide receiver that I know many people expect to see

I think this bumps Smith down to the 4th WR. I think Doss has outplayed Smith to this point and the only reason Smith was projected to be a starer was we need to have speed on the field. Now that Evans can provide that Doss makes a lot more sense as the number 3 since he appears to be a very good slot receiver.

Smh. What I'm saying is that if a player has a reputation of being either good/bad/slow/fast/etc. and later joins the Ravens, I expect that reputation to hold true.

Man you are such a downer, how many Buffalo games did you watch last year? I'm assuming you saw all 16...He is older, he's not a rookie anymore so has he lost a step? maybe...but he doesnt need to be a track star, he just needs to be a veteran WR who knows when to come back to the ball.

Last night Torrey just kept running when Joe ran out towards his right instead of cutting off his route and coming back to the ball.

You have to remember Fitzy doesn't exactly have the strongest arm. He's got a quick release which made the utilization of Stevie J better. Plus teams paid a lot of attention to Evans the last two years while tape was being built on Stevie. On top of that, Buffalo has a history of misusing talent.

Seriously now, if we can fix our OL problems we will be one hell of a team. On the defensive side guys like Kruger and Bernard Pollard, Art Jones, and Kindle are bringing the pass rush back...the secondary was sloppy last night but that will get corrected, you know that!

OL is the only issue now..oh and a backup QB
