Is it true that NFL TV plays whatever regular season game is not on fox/ CBS? I want to buy the game pass because they always play the Patriots where I live. It blows.

According to the Support page of NFL Game Pass it does include preseason games this season. I can't confirm myself because I haven't purchased it yet but I also remember getting an email about having access to it.
