I think the Texans will finally get over the hump and become a top 3 team in the AFC.

I think the #1 seed in the AFC will be decided between NE, San Diego, and Houston.

The Ravens should be able to win the AFCN if the Steelers are suffering from the SB hangover, which seems to be case every time they do make a trip their.

No option to vote for the Colts to win the AFC? I wouldn't vote for them (or anyone, it's too early to tell) but to not include them in this poll is a little shortsighted. The Texans might have given their D a major facelift but don't count out Peyton.

The Texans are the same ol story until they prove other wise for me. I feel for that trap for the last 2 seasons. I won't this year.

Indy, Mia, NO, Pit, Oak, Bal, then back to back division games vs Jax and Ten, is how the first 8 games shape up for the Texans.

If they are gonna compete for a #1 seed they'll have to go at least 6-2 over those first 8 games imo. 7 of those first 8 games will be against AFC teams, so they will either start out strong, or will fall to the same fate as years past. Talented team, but can't compete with the elite.

I never fell in to the trap before. This is the first time I actually like them to get over the playoff hump.

Call me crazy but I see us going 12-4 or better. Yes we are young, but we drew a pretty easy schedule and we are still very talented. I think possible losses are Week 1 Steelers, Week 4 Jets, Week 6 Texans, Week 9 Steelers, Week 14 Colts, and Week 15 Chargers. Now out of these games I think we should beat the Jets in Week 4, Texans in Week 6, and Colts in Week 14.

I really think the Jets lost a lot in the offseason. I think we match up very well against them. If we run first and pass second, their D will not be able to keep up, and I do not really see Sanchez as a threat in the passing game...and we can stop their run. Plus just hope like crazy we win so I dont have to hear about it since I live up in Hoboken, NJ.

Texans will be tough, and our D will really have to bring it. Our O should have no problems putting points on the board, but we will have to prevent them from doing so. This will be a good test of our secondary. Smith on Johnson anyone???

Our kryptonite...the Colts. I think they will have a bit of a down year. Yes Peyton is Peyton, but I see him declining...I know...I am crazy.

Steelers Week 1 is a bit of a mystery to me. Since we are so young, I could see this as a loss. I think when Week 9 comes around, we will be able to pull out the win. Hopefully I am proven wrong on week 1. I think here we need to pass first and run second. Both games will be a battle as always.

Chargers are a solid team, and think we will have trouble with them as its on their field on the West Coast.
