Go to Yahoo.com and follow these procedures...

1. Click Sign In, and below the "Sign In" Button is a thing that says "I can't Access My Account"

2. It will give you options of "I forgot My Password", "My Password Doesn't Work", "I forgot My Yahoo ID", "My Account May Have Been Compromised." Click on "I forgot My Yahoo ID" and hit Next and from there it will ask you personal questions to help you recover your Yahoo ID/email.
