BR.com You Pick 'Em Season Three

Well ladies and gents, it's that time of year again. I may be late getting this started, but with work starting up for me again, I apologize.

With the season approaching, it's time to start sign ups for the third season of BR.com You Pick 'Em. The names below are players from last year's league, they will get first dibs on the league. After that, new players are allowed to join up. [u]Sign ups will close September 1st, a week before the regular season.[/u] Like last year, this will be done through a Yahoo Pick 'Em league. I will continue to make threads and post weekly recaps, although they may not be as flashy as in years past (I am working regularly now after all).

Like everyone else, you guys have until the September 1st deadline. I'll be putting a 50 member limit. That's 31 potential returning members, including myself, which would leave a minimum of 19 spots for new players. The first 19 people who aren't on that list are guaranteed a spot in the league. Those who sign up after that, will only make it in if returning players do not sign up. [b][u]The deadline for returning players to claim their spot is August 25th[/u][/b] If a returning player tries to claim their spot after that date, they will have to be put at the end of the new players line, it's only fair.

Signing up is easy, just post in this thread. I'll have the league up and running next week and the information to join posted then. Why am I doing that, you may ask. Because if there's not enough interest in the league for this year, I won't make the league itself.

All you'll need to join the league through Yahoo's client is a Yahoo account. Other than that, nothing at all.

Just getting names right now. Probably going to actually make the league soon, however. But as of now, no need to go to Yahoo.

[b][u]Ten New Player Slots are left. However, even after those ten are claimed, you can still sign up in case returning players do not claim their spot by their August 25th deadline, then you'd be eligible for that slot. This is a first come, first serve basis.[/u][/b]
