Many years ago, I actually respected the Steeler organization, as it was quite the side to behold. However, over the past few campaigns, as well as off-seasons, I have begun to lose respect for them. This latest incident makes me just wonder what, or who, will be next on this insipid hit parade of indiscretions.

He isn't a DJ he has a sports show here in Pittsburgh. He was my neighbor growing up and we grew up in a pretty bad area. Joe (reporter in scuffle with Clark) could hold his own against Clark, he is about 6'3 240lbs.

It actually would have been a pretty entertaining fight with my money going on Joe Bendel, lol.

As a Steeler fan, I have to admit, I'm not liking the way the Steelers are handling these situations, especially Clark. Oh well, this is the modern NFL, I guess I have to expect that every team is going to have its goons and thugs. It must drive the Rooneys crazy but they probably realize this is how the NFL is going to be for the foreseeable future.

Come on, it's just a sign of the times. The Steelers need to realize that they aren't above the crass that goes with the standard NFL team like they use too.

All these teams are the same now, I think we need to start expecting most players to have at least misdemeanors and just hope for no felons.

Ryan Clark was a sought after FA in his hay day. Granted he isn't fast, but he IS tough and he IS smart. As I said, you apparently don't know what you're looking at or how to judge it.
