Madden 12: Ravens Ratings

That'd just be unfair if they rose Ed's rating. I'm happy with the changes.

Jarret Johnson is still the most underrated player in the NFL and Madden. He is only like an 82 in madden where he should be an 86 minimum.
Ed Dickson, should be higher by at least 5 points and his speed should be higher by at least 5 points, oh and wait, the announcers still call him number 84, CMON, I might be wrong but they might have Pitta's name down, but if they don't CMON! lol
David Reed only a 58 rating? Really??? he should be in the high 60's low 70's.
Pernel Mcphee should be in the 70's, that might be a lot to ask for, but that kid has done so much in pre/regular season, no one expected him to be this great.

for those who dont know i refered ppl to this sit a while back but its pastapdre.com i dont know what his relationship is with ea but he has a great website about games including when the madden ratings drop and who gets increased and decreased.there is a discussion on there every week about rating changes.i gues if you make a strong legit and well informed case with as many fact and comparisons as possible, they will take it into consideration. if seen it done before with many fan esp. victor cruz's huge boost

Because Pittsburgh have a bigger fanbase and storied history. We're just young punks in the eyes of the league.

Clearly EA hasn't watched the first 4 games of the season for us if the offense is rated above the defense.

DId he get up to 97? I know he was a 96 for sure but couldnt remember if he went that high. I still cant believe that really, I thought he's played better so far this year and in 2009 than he did in 08.

It's not just the team that make Madden. Being English, I buy FIFA every year and there are plenty of bugs in that game too. If it wasn't for the lack of competition to EA then I likely wouldn't be buying their games.

i don't know about u guys..but ive been running with nothing but the ravens online and i love them. I think this is hands down the best madden team we've had so far..ray lewis is a force in the middle and ed reed is unreal..i don't know who i would ratehr play with on D in the whole game, than ed reed.

Before torrey went up to a 75 i was using boldin in the slot all day, and it worked for the most part. He's a beast even though he is only a 87.

Cody should def go up, then maybe i might actually start him.

Pollard should go up as well, theres no way his speed should be a 79, it has to atleast be an 85.

Dickson pisses me off though, he drops mad catches if he gets hit, thats what i missed with heap bc he was always good in traffic or with contact. I hope dickson has a breakout game so he can get boosted up real quick like torrey.

I hate our offensive playbook..its pretty dumb, i use the eagles playbook and its amazing. Has some sick passing plays that really work with our players

I would totally agree on most things you said. Ravens are overall one of the best teams, i love using them. I am not a fan of boldin, sometimes i put in david reed instead of him and make boldin my #4 because in madden speed is very important (it just matters who im playing).
Our D is just beastly. I use Ravens D and NO offense whenever i play with the ravens.

Pollards speed should go up for sure 79 speed on a freaking safety? Are you kidding me? Cmon madden stop disrespecting. Haruki's speed should go up too.

I honestly think Cary Williams and Webb should both be 80's. Just cause webb got 2 picks he gets bumped up to an 80. The way they bump people up is just not right. Cary is so dominant, he has his flaws but in the end he is still a good player. One of webbs picks were very lucky (STL, when the player tripped) and the pick on sanchez was great (but i really do think most corners would have been able to pick 6 that).

I would have to say Yanda should have a higher rating than 86 (88 min) and should be an 85 on RT (but they dont even have him listed on RT).

Lastly, ray rice only a 90 speed? Man should be atleast a 93.

Pernell mcphee should DEF get a boost to at least 70..because the dline does get tired and that happens in real life too where we rotate and mcphee should not be in the 60s.

But speed means a lot in madden but its not everything. Boldin is a monster bc his catch in traffic is on point and he always falls forward, and he runs crisp routes.

But i would love ray rice to be a 93 speed, that seems about right for rice. 90 isn't bad, but mjd is a 94 speed, and i really don't think hes that much faster than rice.

who do u play with on D when your the ravens?

He is an 87 on mine, and like The Raven said, its not like he's been an absolute superstar. Maybe he was with Kurt Warner, but he hasn't been with flacco, but don't get me wrong, flacco is no kurt warner. Our offense is a bit different than most, we may have the talent but their numbers do not show compared to other teams, thats just the ravens system. I personally do not consider flacco elite, and i don't know if he will ever be elite, but in my opinion he is better than matt ryan (just because matt ryan is afraid to throw deep). Some could call me a flacco hater, maybe thats true, but i don't really like our passing game. We had the best "talent" receiver core last year and we really couldn't do anything with them (well 3 of them were possession receivers, and one was a vertical threat, while tj was also an endzone threat) but we were still not able to do anything because of cam camerons/flaccos play calling.

If you look at our games: VS pit Flacco played well, but then again look at their pass D, its really bad
Vs Ten... flacco played poor, look at their pass d, very strong
Vs stl... flacco played amazing... but they have one of the worst pass D's
Vs Jets.... flacco was garbage... they have the best pass d.

people say flacco is on and off, i don't know if its on and off. I think its just hes good vs bad teams and sucks vs good teams, is that his or cam camerons fault, who knows, but i can tell you i am not a fan of cam cameron.

So basically what im saying is that boldins rating is fine on madden if he is a raven, but if he was still in AZ and kurt warner was still around i can guarantee boldin would be in the 90's.
