Ladies and gentlemen, the perfect 46

DE Reggie White
NT Ted Washington
DT John Randle

The best two-gapper with the best inside rusher and outside rusher of all time.

DE/OLB Derrick Thomas
ILB Ray Lewis
LB Patrick Willis
OLB Lawrence Taylor

Taylor and Thomas are the two best pass-rushing OLB's ever, I chose Willis because players like Singletary, Butkus and Ham didn't have either the size or athleticism to play the game today.

CB Champ Bailey
FS Ed Reed
SS Ronnie Lott
CB Rod Woodson

Champ and Woodson could cover at an elite level but also play the run.

This is always interesting to discuss or reminisce about. I actually put my team together last year.

DE - Reggie White
DT - Merlin Olsen
DT - Randy White
DE - Deacon Jones

LB - Ray Lewis
LB - Dick Butkus
LB - Lawrence Taylor

CB - Deion Sanders
CB - Night Train Lane
S - Ronnie Lott
S - Ken Houston

NOTE: Ed Reed did not make one of my two best all-time safeties because he has not been able to play at full-speed the last 4 years, and some years he has been really limited. But, who is to say that he won't finish his career with such a high level of play to change my mind.
