Um...but they still have Vick. Just sayin'. So far, history has proven you can't buy a SB. The Eagles mortgaged the farm on this season. I really don't think it's going to work out.

If vick plays like 2010 vick, the eagles have a great shot. If he plays like the vick of every other season he's played, then they aren't going anywhere. Also, all of the eagles hopes ride on his health which is shaky at best

Almost every QB if not, every QB struggle when facing pressure. I'm sure Andy is trying to implement something in for the CB blitz but I get where you coming from.

This isn't a Super Bowl matchup, the Eagles will be lucky to win that division. 1st time ever D-coordinator Castillo will have some problems in his truncated amount of time to get that defense ready. He may be a good DC eventually but his first year ever after coaching their o-line for 13 years? Not buying it, and if I was an Eagles fan that would be my #1 worry for their SB or bust season. Either that or relying on a rookie kicker instead of Akers, remember how that worked for us in 09 with the game on the line?

If your talking about that Vikings game, ya I was there. When he was about to kick, I told my friend (who's a Vikings fan) he's gonna miss it. I had no faith in him.

The Eagles will be lucky to win the division and you basing that off of them having a new D-Coordinator? The new guys they brought in will make the job easier for their D-Coordinator and this is a SB preview, make no mistake.

Flacco and most of the veteran starters will only play a series or two.

Quick, name the Eagles' defensive starters. Because other than their two new corners, Asante Samuel, and Trent Cole, none of the rest are above average, especially that linebacking corp. Stewart Bradley had a bad run of injuries, but he was the best LB they had, they should have tried to bring him back IMO. They also just lost their best interior lineman in Patterson, haven't seen any other updates but last I heard he was gonna be out for a bit. Asomugha or not, the Eagles are gonna have to rely on outscoring their opponents again this year to win games. If that offense falters, then yes they will be lucky to win that division, mark my words. The offense faltering is a big IF but it did happen a few times last year..

This game is truley a chance for some younger players to get to show their stuff. True they won't be facing a starting defense, but this can show alot. Things that will come into play later, discipline, route running, coverage skills, instincts, and so much more. Super Bowl prevue,no. Measuring stick, definately.

Sucks that Jimmy is apparently not playing. It really does, but I would still like to see Cary vs. starting WR talent. Now it would seem more likely (although I still highly doubt it happens).
