I'd rather see what Brown could do for us was well. Even though he's on the decline, he offers more big-play potential than Le'Ron, can catch the ball, and is a one of the better backs in the league in terms of pass protection.

i was just getting ready to post that. Looks like we missed out for all you guys that wanted him. Hopefully we look at Cadillac now, cause i really dont want Ricky Williams. I'd much rather have McClain though over all of them.

The key to why McClain experienced that success in that season was that we had Lorenzo Neal a true blocking fullback also the abundance of injuries to the Rbs that year.... I would like for us to resign him so we can have another experienced back on the team backing up Rice...

I haven't seen any reports or rumors on McClain at all on my ESPN insider account..

McClain and Gaither both are getting reality checks, because they both probably thought they would get a huge deal quickly in free agency market..

At first it seemed that the Chiefs would make a move for McClain but I haven't seen that rumor again since the first day of free agency.

I dont see why we don't just keep McClain and make him our power back we need one anyway and he looks like hes in great shape. Weve already seen what he can do so why not take a chance. Only problem is I think he wants to be feature back but I don't think that's going to happen anywhere. He still may want too many touches though

He is done in my book, the sooner he signs to another team , the better. We have plenty of RBs that i think can get it done if not better than him.

The money we would spend on him could go to a Pass Rusher possibly.
I just dont see him making that much of a diff., id rather see
A. Allen as a possible number 2.
