Sig/Avatar Sweepstakes

So, because I have a little bit of free time on my hands (at least until work gets busy), I'd like to volunteer my services for signatures and avatars. I've been experimenting and have done some more conceptual work such as my sig, CorvusCorax's G.I. Joe sig ([url="http://i52.tinypic.com/2ep7xpe.jpg"]link[/url]), FlaccoFlicker's Hulk-inspired Ngata sig ([url="http://i56.tinypic.com/2a50hfc.jpg"]link[/url]), and PARavensGirl's T-Sizzle sig I threw together in 20 minutes ([url="http://i52.tinypic.com/rhsr2g.jpg"]link[/url]).

Throw out some concepts. The ones that intrigue me, I'll do if I have time. This is just completely random and no guarantee that any job will be completed or that I'll even tackle it.

Also, this is all by my own criteria. If you're new, you're probably excluded. If you're reasonably active, you probably have a better shot.

So...throw ideas at me! I'm just doing this for fun.

I might wait on an official pic of Leach in uniform before doing that one. Intriguing, though. I have an idea of my head of simulating motion, but I haven't done much with rendering. I could compensate by doing something with the texture or filters.

This might be the first one I'll tackle. I have an idea for it, but I'm not sure how well I can execute it without doing too much rendering. Not that good at rendering. I'm better at arranging objects and doing clever little things to make it look alright.

Notice the purple arrow quiver behind Ed Reed and other, more obvious superhero touches to Joe Flacco and Ray Lewis. I couldn't do Ngata as the Hulk without making it look too strange, so I settled for making him look a little more cartoony and bigger than the rest.

that is beyond epic, ray in iron man suit turned out insanely well

anything you can do to my current sig franny? maybe some color, blend in the skyline pic with the background or use your own skyline pic, add a purple haze to the Ominous clouds. and maybe do something with edgers eye.

Thanks. The Iron Man suit was the trickiest to do because I didn't wanna take the time to render anything, so instead, I reconstructed it in pieces and used some tricks to give the illusion that it fit Ray. I won't give too much away, but there's still some tweaking I could've done. That was about as natural as I could make the suit look, just short of animating the thing myself.

I'll mess with your sig a bit. I'll probably use my own skyline, but otherwise, I have an idea for something with Edgar. Might use a different picture for quality purposes, but I've got something in mind...

No motion sigs or .GIF images for two reasons: 1) I never learned how to animate them; and 2) they slow down the loading of threads on older computers, and are strictly prohibited when posting in Gameday threads out of consideration to others.

That said, any other ideas you might have, I'm open to. I [i]do[/i] have an idea that could be the next best thing to a moving sig...

For that one, I'd prefer to wait for better pictures to be released or at least some pictures of them in pads. I have a creative workaround since there's no pictures (that I know of) of them facing off one-on-one, but like I said, I'd rather see them in pads than just shorts and shells. Makes for a better visual.

I think I'll use that pic with a concept similar to Hjulmann's sig. Less Terminator/Universal Soldier, though, and maybe more Predator or something similar to it.
