Advice For My Fanasty Draft

so me and friends from HS do a fanasty league the last 6 years, but were all in college now so we have to move the draft up so everyone can attend. Unfortunately we have to have the draft next week and this offseason has made things nuts. Anyway i got the 3rd pick 12 team PPR H2H league, who should i go with. I already know the #1 pick wants Vick, so im thinking ill have my choice of 3 of these 4 Rice, CJ, AP, or Foster. Personally im leaning AP because the vikings got a more veteran QB and its a contract year, with Rice as my #2 because its PPR and im hoping the signing of a new FB will help. Thoughts?

If #1 is going Vick, you have some good choices to go with. For me I'd go AP, CJ, Foster, Rice. Rice is strong now at 4 with Veach but we still have some OL woes.
