This is such a great place to come and discuss our opinions with fellow Ravens fans while doing it in a respectful manner for the most part. I've been reading other teams boards kinda checking up on how they feel about their team's moves and it isn't pretty. Specifically the Jets board. The cursing is ridiculous with people saying F Nmandi among other things and going as far as saying they hope he breaks his leg or burns to death. I am so glad that we have a site to post on where this kind of stuff is kept in check while we still have a good amount of flexibility in what we can say. So keep up the good work Mods! Jets fans are so classless and I'm glad we can hold mature conversations here!

You're welcome. Times like this are not easy but our goal is to provide the best forums in the NFL. We all enjoy good (even heated) debate without the profanity, personal attacks, and general offensiveness that goes on on some other forums.

I have to agree with roh (for short). I'm sure we don't make it easy on y'all sometimes...keeping track of the 20 gazillion threads on the same topic must drive you nuts by itself.

No doubt about that. I went on their boards after we beat them last year. The F bombs were flying everywhere, even their mods use them. Keep it classy New York.

I've gotta poke my head in here and concur. I joined the forum yesterday and after figuring out that I had to have 15 posts before I could create a new topic, I proceeded to boost my way to 15 posts in the 'test' thread. I really thought it would fly under the radar - I mean, who checks the 'test' thread??

Not only was I found out surprisingly promptly, but I was called on it in the most professional and friendly manner possible. I sure wouldn't be able to be as nice about it as Mod2 was to me - I guarantee you that. She even replied to my ever-so-slightly-smartass retort, and maintained composure without batting an eye. To have that much patience when dealing with the same idiots doing the same crap over and over again. Impressive.

So indeed! Hats off to the mods for being amazingly effective and polite, too! What an awesome example to set.

Thank you Mods. for the way you all handled the Flacco ran Heap... thread. It must have caused a bit of debate among you all, but I think you saw it first for what is was, a truly bad post, an outlet for alot of newer members, and oddly enough a good chance for all of us to learn something. The time for it to end had come. As bad as it was is as good as it could be, if everybody can take a little something positive (no pun) away from it.
