So when Darrell Revis had a monster season, every single sports outlet on television was saying, "oh, hes the best corner in the league" hes the only shutdown corner in the league"

Skip Bayless even debated Nnamdi saying he thought Revis was the best and way better than Nnamdi. Bayless being the butt head he is got crushed in the debate.

So with him being a free agent this offseason, why is it that all the sports outlets crown him the best CB in the NFL when just one season ago they were vacationing on Revis Island sucking down Jet Fuel? Amusing to say the least

When I saw the title I coulda sworn it was going to be Flacco hate and asking us to trade for Troy Smith. Whew.

Anyway, all the news outlets agreed Aso was close but he wasn't talked about as much because he was in OAK. Now, they were reporting all about him because of the FA frenzy, although most media would still say Revis is better even though he isnt. He is close, but I'd take Nnamdi any day, and this is mostly because Revis belongs to the media hyped Jets defense and Rex spews this crap about him being the best Jet ever.

Trust me if he went to the Bills he'd be talked about a lot less.

They're probably saying it now since he has much better talent surrounding him than he did at Oakland, which should elevate his already incredible abilities.

Or....Oakland's talent around him so bad, it made him look better because their were always glaring weaknesses on the field (that led to nobody throwing to Aso's direction). I don't believe this, because he's talented.

this is why you have to be a "free-thinker" with respect and value of your own opinions, thoughts and viewpoints about subjects or topics in life or even in here with this forum!

Revis is good and so is Nnamdi. but they are 2 different types of CBs in my opinion. Revis can play anywhere. Nnamdi is limited to one particular side however, the Raiders ran tons of man/press coverages and Nnamdi is a beast at that! let's see how he does in Philly!
