no ones knows how serious his injury is, honestly. are you all doctors? did he come see you to c whats wrong, i dont think so. He could be fine and it was just a weird thing that made him not want to play during the pre season. Vet's can take the preseason off and still know what they are doing. Reed will be fine and so will the ravens D

yes i do sir watchin nfl primetime and nfl network he is playing...even look at your other fellow ravens forums I know football all day. I especially know who is gonna be playing and not playing on the oposing defenses

so.... was the ed reed injury all something made of nothing. im sure he was hurt at some point, but was it as bad as everyone led on? He played the whole game without a hitch, and broke up the pass for the pick. Makes me think everyone blew it out of proportion bc he was a star player on our team

I was watching a game at a bar here in texas and luckily i was not the only raven fan either. I just want to comment on the way our defense play especially our secondary and dline. Also what do yall think of nata being named defensive player of the week. If you really watched that game he probably made the biggest impact especially on that crucial 4th and one in the 4th quarter.

The injury wasn't as bad as it was speculated on here. It could have been used slightly as a ploy, to let the Bengals think our secondary would be weak, and game plan around that.

But when gametime came around. We were all suited up and ready to go.

I'm glad I had my Ed Reed Jersey on.

i just think it was great to see Reed out there because an ed reed at 70 percent can still beat out a jim leonard on the football field any day of the week. No offense meant to jim tho.

Yeah, even if Ed's body is at 50% we need him out there. As long as his mind is 100% he is the starter. He makes all the calls for the secondary and as long as he can jog he should be out there to make the calls and checks, IMO anyways. I would rather have Ed play with a full body cast on, as long as he could see and talk (yell), than anyone else in the NFL.
