Yeah but from what I remember his contract is like 100 million. Not worth the money at all. We need to be more agressive in FA. All these teams are making good moves. Seattle just got Rice for a good deal and KC just got Steve Breaston. We have some unprovin guys at wr. Boldin is good but after that who else do we have? Rookies that havent played a down of football in the NFL yet.

But he's only tacking up 5mil of cap room for this year. This is a good move for the pats since bill will probably get the best out of him and bad news for us ravens :(

we have a strong team that's ready to make a run - with or without signing some hired gun, over-priced additions. i'd be satisfied if we pick up some solid o-line help. that was our glaring weakness.

My wish list for my boys:

Braylon Edward or Malcolm Floyd - If Edwards want more money than Boldin no.
Vonta Leach - PLAY LIKE A RAVEN
Resign Todd Heap
Max Starks - He may come for cheap after coming off IR. And he may want to stick it to the Steelers.

LT - Starks
LG - Grubbs
C - Birk
RG - Yanda
RT - Oher

According to ESPN New York, Cromartie goes to Jets if they whiff on Aso...if they snag Aso, Raiders get Cromartie at $7-$9 million.

I just think Ozzie & co. are taking a scary risk with our "SuperBowl" season... By allowing the BEST pieces out there on the market get snatched up is not a good feeling at all... at this point we have lost out on Wilson, and so that immediately leaves our secondary with players coming off of career altering injuries (who were maybe average at best before injury) Foxworth, Webb, and rookies... Carr had a solid season last year but is FAR from lock down (nickle)... The pass rush STILL hasn't been addressed. I know its only day three but the sense of urgency this year means you have about two to four days tops to grab the best available players in free agency.

I just hope they get more aggressive today and sign Ngata to a long term deal, then some top notch help at WR, CB, OLB, and OT.... I want to see Asomugh, Kiawanuka, Jackson or even Moss... Im sick of the basement bargain approach, we are only a few peices away! Ed deserves a ring, lets not waste ANOTHER season! We deserve more this year!

Still nothing going on, has some one kidnap Ozzie from the ORIOLES because it looks like Andy M is running the team. Please tell me Carr and Mason will not be our big free agent splash this year, frustration has set in.

The feeling of dread is not being helped by the news that is appears increasingly likely that the Jets will land Nnamdi.

Those of you who wanted babin...he's off to philly. I personallh didn't want him but I hope todays the day for some moves. Its killing me watching all of this. Secretly I think we're either after nnamdi or ray edwards I hope the gamble of not signing others won't bite us in the butt.
