they must have been willing to pay him more, you know Washington likes to dish out cash to players

There are better CBs out there. Remember we have until Friday night to sign someone at CB.

They could go after someone other than Chris Carr but he's got a leg up..he already knows the playbook.

Nnamdi isnt the guy...I doubt Joseph is the guy either..but who knows

Jamison Henley reckons he'll be paid between $4.5M and $5M a year for Washington.

He must of knew he wasn't getting that here.

Hensley said they "could" turn focus to carr. Doesent mean they are.

And why wouldent JJ be the guy? I can understand nnamdi for his price tag, butt JJ is younger, fraction of the cost and better than anyone on our roster. Unless jimmy smith becomes whay we all believe he will

So they turn to Chris Carr who wants to start...and chances are he wont start in Baltimore. I read the Jets have talked to him...not sure how serious that is.

If Asomugha wasn't in our plans before, he sure as heck better be now... Foxy and Webb are all that's left, and Carr isn't the answer either, but is better than nothing I guess.

He didnt say could...he says in two tweets they can turn to Carr now and Carr has become more important now.

Idk, Joseph is still going to command a nice payday, he was considered a up and coming CB before last year when his play fell off a little bit. The Ravens like Webb, and think Smith is the next C-Mac or better....he was compared to Nnamdi and other guys. As long as he can pick it up quick enough..plus we have Foxworth, the Ravens need depth and thats what they wanted Wilson for, he wasnt going to start

Whether or not he starts is probably up to him.

The Jets can have Chris Carr... as long as Baltimore gets Nnamdi.

Man, thats depressing. I genuinely liked Wilson so i wish him the best of luck.
[/quote]

i would have liked for him to return too..the Redskins will overpay for guys and Ozzie and company will not. They want value for the price....Carr played well last year when he had to start, he's a good guy to have for depth..and he's cheaper
