Where's all the activity we were promised? Nothing's really going on of any significance...
[/quote]

Wasn't really sure what you were expected. The major roar won't happen until Thursday (when players are released) and Friday (when Free Agents can officially sign). Right now Free Agents are hearing out teams but I didn't expect much today.

Some UFA signings, Kolb trade, rookie signings. That's all I'm expected today.

I guess I just expected more rumblings about possible landing spots for the big-name guys... I dunno, I guess I'm just anxious lol.

We'll get leaks of information, but I expect that to occur more on Wed/Thurs. Today is really the takeoff, agents are figuring out markets for players, fielding calls, etc. Not many decisions will be made today. I could be mistaken, but that's how I see it.

I'm anxious too. I'm updated my FF BPA list as I get information.

No, I'm with you on that. No major decisions today, but we should know a lot more by tomorrow, and especially Thursday.

Gah, so excited!!!

RUMOR: willis to denver.

Carson is actually going to retire. You know the Bengals are terrible when someone would rather retire than make millions and play for the Bengals. I still don't understand why they didn't just trade him and get some value out of it.

Titans to make HUGE offer for former Seattle QB Matt Hasselbeck. By huge, I wonder how long that will mean for Locker to be on the bench.

Cowboys Release Marion Barber.

Giants over hauling their offensive line. First they let their starting LG go, now they have released Center Shaun O'Hara.

Eagles will only trade Kolb to Seattle if they offer a Future First Round Pick!

When he was still on the Lions before he got traded to Dallas. A lot of people on the boards wanted us to trade for Williams. He wasn't half bad when Kitna (Lions) was throwing him the ball a few year back. Dallas then got fleeced by the Lions and it turns out he sucks.

So much for drama, it seems Logan Mankins and Vincent Jackson will sign their Franchise Tender on Friday, so this year no hold out for either of them, but it should be interesting to see if one or both get traded before the season.

This has to be the headline of the day... possibly headline of the year.

From Rotoworld: "Skins would trade Haynesworth for a 'Ham Sandwich'."

After it has come out that Seattle is done with Hasselbeck, they have signed a QB, and initials are not KK. It is being rumored of a Tarvaris Jackson signing in Seattle.

Arizona is weighing it's options at QB and have discussed Trades with both Philly(Kolb) and Denver(Orton), and have talked to to Hasselbeck and Marc Bulger.

Just saw that. All I know is, I wouldn't be excited if I was a Seattle fan and missed out on Kolb for a guy like Tavaris.

Pete Carroll is going to ruin that organization. If I was a Seahawks fan I'd be very disappointed about losing a guy like Hasselbeck who had a lot of success for that team and is still a good NFL QB, if he can stay healthy. If they think Tavaris is a viable starter, they're sorely mistaken.

Doesn't surprise me since i think the old Viking OC is with Seattle now. Maybe a change of scenery will be good for him, but probably not.

Yep, so I expect a battle between Jackson and Whitehurst in camp but most likely Jackson will win out since he'll know the system better. Also, Seattle is going after Sidney Rice, another Vikings player.
