But I have never bought tickets from the Ravens box office and was wondering if they are : a. Going on sale tomorrow like planned and B. how easy is it to do over the phone? C. Is internet an option?

I really don't feel like going through ticketmaster, stubhub and ebay like I normally do so I am hoping I can get some information for tomorrow so I can buy them from the Box Office.

A helpful hint if you don't get tickets, check with the Ravens ticket office Thursday or Friday before a home game--they get the tickets that the visiting team does not use. You can't be picky but they are face value.

So when are the tickets suppose to go on sale on ticketmaster?

I've already got tickets waiting for Halloween (promised by Season ticket holder) and Thanksgiving (thanks to the 49ers giving a family member tickets). But wouldn't mind buying one more set.

Family thing, my mom died right after Christmas and I am next in line to make dinner if its at my house and take a ton of food if its at my Aunts house logistically it just won't work. The Christmas game a few years ago was a nightmare but doable, this is not.

I've been checking craigslist for the Thanksgiving Day game this year, but wasn't sure if they were really available yet.

Tickets go on sale to the public at 10:00 Am, TODAY! : )
I'm trying to score home opener tickets, I have 5 lines ready to rock. It's a shame that most are sold before we, the public get a chance to purchase.

I had 5 lines going and got through at 10:00 on the dot..... NO TICKETS.. I swear this is fishy!!!!

Ticketmaster showed Currently Not For Sale the entire time... I was trying too. I'm wondering if the ticket sales date got moved, the phone line says to check later for date TBD for sale of single games.

Well at least I don't feel so bad. I saw your post and it was 10:20. Went online and checked and there were no tickets available. I was pissed I missed the 10am release.

But I remember last year, I was prepared and couldn't get any tickets at the exact moment they are released. Something just isn't right. Ticket Brokers must have inside deals with Ticketmaster.

I hate these Ticket Brokers. Just because we sell tickets well in Baltimore doesn't mean they should come and take advantage of our market. Why don't they go bother Pittsburgh , they still have tickets for sale.

No, they didnt get moved. And if you click the link for the games on TM it lets you TRY and buy them... After you put in the information it says they're not available.

I also spoke to a rep from TM on the phone. SOLD Out...

Man... this is unbelievable. I was ready to go at 10 to buy tix to Jets @ Ravens. I assumed it would be tough to get because it's one of the better games on the schedule, but I didn't expect it to be sold out instantly. I've been able to get some tough tickets in my time through ticketmaster by being quick on the handle, but I've NEVER seen anything like this. I'm inclined to agree, it all seems suspicious or extremely limited public quantities.

Oh well, I guess I have no choice but to go through the Ticket Exchange.

The first real game after the lockout, and the game being on the 10th anniversary of September 11th, 2001... probably add a little bit to it as well!

Depends on what you mean.... They realeased a for sale date/time. Ticketmaster wouldn't check availability until 10AM on Friday, Ticketmaster checked availability after 10AM. Tickemaster confirmed they were on sale..... They went "on sale"

Now, if you were being sarcaastic meaning the public NEVER had a chance, I'd be inclined to agree but they did "go on sale".

Well the ticket agents probably don't know any better. In their system they say they go on sale, but no tickets were ever available and they just classified it as 'sold out'. Either way I'll be checking next Friday at 10am.

A lot of fans might not hear they are switching sale dates and traffic will be less.
