Should a deal be done by that July 21 date, would the Preseason schedule be unaffected?

That's the plan....to hit that date and NOT lose any preseason. Maybe, at worst, is lose the HoF Game.

I agree with you, friend - I am also looking forward to the season and hoping for an agreement.

Should this agreement be reached by July 21, then we may see a shortened form of training camp and some abbreviated free agency, as well as the preseason.

All signs pointing that the supposed July 21 date is looking very realistic. And I'm glad too, it's time to get back to some football. Even if it means Training Camp and Free Agency are shortened, it's better than nothing. I'm tired of having no real news.
