Rays prediction that crime will increase due to the lockout may be half right. I cant remember a time in recent history when so many players have gotten in trouble with the law....Am i dreaming?

I mean to be fair, Ray said this midway through the offseason after a whole bunch of stuff had already happened off the field. Nevertheless, yes, he seems to be right.

I didn't think it was any worse than the last few seasons. Last season was my favorite offseason because of the number of Steelers troubles.

No doubt there will be suspensions. Goodell has already said that the players are still responsible for their behavior, even during the lockout.

pac-man needs to be kicked out of the league for good...hes had what, 9 or 10 arrests? I still dont see how the league can tell the players that they arent employee's, but they will still be held accountable. Hopefully if goodell tries to discipline someone over somethin that happened during the lockout, that the NFLPA will take a stand and do what they can to stop it. There needs to be a seperate panel for he fines and discipline, because goodell has proven that he cant do those type of things fairly and equally.

Hopefully we get a new commissioner sometime soon

That's not likely to happen anytime soon. These commissioners seem to last a long time. Goodell is only 52, plus the owners seem to like him because he sticks up for them more than the players. At least another 10 years Rogers will be Commish.

If I were him, I'd retire at 55, and live off that nice nest egg. All depends on how much power he enjoys. My guess is quite a lot.
