If the talk about adalius thomas leaving because it was terrell suggs or him, then personally I believe we made the right call. but im sure there are alot of AD fans that would Have prefered to see thomas back next season, as apposed to suggs.

so if you are one such AD fan then say why you rate AD above T-sizzle.Or if you,like me, think suggs was the smarter option then you give your reasons for that opinion.

100 sacks! thats a pretty big number.

I dont see him getting that many. I think he'll become more of a consistent all rounder, and not rush the QB so much.

you can definitly see improvement in his coverage skills and tackling technique.

Yeah I believe Suggs has a good 10 more years in the NFL, hes young, strong, and explosive. Adalious Thomas is strong and explosive, but not as much young. Suggs has more time to grow even better then now, and even though I loved AD, we had to make a decision, and this was the right one.

AD is a hellva player but an ever better man. The things he can do on the field is second to none. The problem is the Ravens are just too good on Defense. So all probowler can't be kept. People talk about how old we are but allowing AD to walk made us younger a bit. I applaud the FO for allowing him to walk. He didn't deserve to be slapped with the Franchise tag. I mean if u know and understand the game u know that Suggs was the correct choice, would u like to keep both? hell yea. The Ravens draft too well to be handcuffed by a 30 year old player. AD is great, but sometimes u gotta what the birds fly from the nest and allow the young ones to spread their wings. Maybe keeping AD mean we don't darft Barnes. If Suggs can take a page out of Ray's book and keep his body in good condition he has another 10 years of running down pretty boy QBs, and everyone will be happy that he's doing it in baltimore. I know someone will probably call me out on the fact that i said Suggs could have another 10 years, but just remember that Trevor Pryce is 33 Suggs is 24, so it's really not that hard to beleive

In terms of play, I don't see AD doing anything Suggs can't do. AD is more phenomenal because he's bigger but it's not as if anyone would say he's faster or quicker than Suggs.

If in fact it was between the two, then you have to go with the 24 year old sack machine. While I think AD represents what this team is about, fighting for a roster spot/playing special teams to becoming a star, Suggs youth and ability to provide pressure wins out.

Ray Lewis monster run stuffer in the middle since 1996

Bart Scott last years top breakout linebacker...alot of hard hits on QBs and RBs

Terell Suggs same player as bart scott only a little less and he will only get better
