Honestly i think i would like it for a Game or 2. You bet the RAVENS would be notorious for their stadium, thats for sure.

It would be a change and people are sometimes attracted to change... This might pull a whole group of fans that we might not already have...
Yeah, I doubt a turf color change would add a new group of fans.

Paint your lawn purple, and then try to tell me people aren't flocking to your house because of it.

Sure, but if I was charging $100 a pop and holding football games in my yard I can guarantee it would only be football fans showing up:)

I think black turf with purple numbers and lines trimed in white would look awesome!
...and, it would be about 130 degrees on a 1pm start in September.

I'd much rather be known for crowd noise and home wins and sellouts, and we are known for that now.

Bingo. We have one of the best, if not best stadium visually in the league. We don't need gimmicks like that stupid pirate ship or that annoying tiger growl to get people in the seats and excited. All our boys gotta do is bring the pain and the amazing Ravens fans all over the world go crazy.

Agreed, im really starting to LOVE the 7 nation army chant, seems its getting louder and louder on the t.v. , I know the RAVENS arnt the first to do it but i think we are the first to do it in the NFL, ive seen it in college and europe soccer games. But i say we can make it are own for the NFL.

There is a big difference between turf and Artificial turf, now which one are we talking about here?
I'm just going to assuming he means the artificial turf. I don't think teams with grass call their field "turf." Or at least I haven't heard anyone call natural grass turf.

That turf is more hideous than the Boise State turf lol..... I still can't get my eyes adjusted to the Boise turf. It pains my eyes to watch one of their home games haha. We need to stick with the green if we are to be respected by others in the league.

If you think blue is bad. Eastern Washington University with that ULGY red.

This has some validity. It's been plenty of times we've heard casual fans talking about how they like a team because of their uniforms. Why can't the same be said because of a "cool" grass color?

A number of teams in college football have applied the color change and it only packs more people in the stands. Since they do it college why not pro football?
