Get to watch the 2008, #1 & #2 QB draft picks go at it head to head. How can you miss this preseason game? Could be preview of the 2012 Superbowl.

Ughhhh...I'll be missing this game 'cause of work. At least the majority of the first half.

And my Slingbox can't rescue me...it won't give me a video signal for my antenna since the reception is too weak for where I have it set up.

I'm pumped to see flacco start again(if smith can't go). I really want to see how he fares with our intact starting OL. I just got home from class and am going to miss my night class to see this game. I will be glued to my TV for the next6-7 hours.

I'm just pumped to see/hear how our starting offense gels, period.

And I'm praying that the defense holds up much better than the past two games, even without Ed Reed and others...

You'll probably wanna Google radio broadcasts for the game, for either Atlanta stations or Baltimore stations.

WBAL's website or 98Rock might have a stream, but that's been trial-and-error (some weekends in '06, I was lucky enough to catch a radio broadcast of play-by-play online).

The NFL has a tight grip on its broadcasts, so it's unlikely you'll be able to (legally) listen to a stream or watch live video without some sort of NFL-licensed pay service (NFL.com's Fieldpass, Sirius Satellite radio, or DirecTV's Superfan online stream)

Although I would never wish harm on any of our players, now that Flacco is said to be the starter for tonight because of Boller's injury and Smith's illness (according to the Baltimore Sun's most recent update), I have to believe that this is somewhat of an omen for me.

Whether this is good or bad, remains to be seen.

But my luck is crazy: not only does my favorite NFL team draft my school's QB, he gets drafted in the first round to become the highest-ever drafted player from this school, and he gets the starting job (at least for tonight) by a set of unusual circumstances.

Not only that, but his increased, marked progression from week-to-week thus far has been a bit surprising, even to me. And if he continues to improve tonight, and earns the starting job (partially by default, partially by virtue of his improved play), then I have to believe this is the football miracle to end all football miracles for me.

Especially if it all ends well with a winning season and outstanding play at the QB position from #5.

Still overthrowing though. At least they are overthrown to the point where they can't be intercepted.

For now, I'm quasi-following the game both on NFL.com's game center, and my Slingbox's (static-filled) audio transmission from my antenna, but it sounds as if Flacco was at least to move the ball somewhat efficiently.

He and Mark Clayton connected on two moderate gains to convert 3rd downs, and that shows me a bit more comfort and poise compared to last week (as far as I can tell without being able to SEE it, anyway).
