Teams like the Raiders that stay focused on certain type of players.
many teams forget about Blocking and it can be a very small not statistically assessed thing.
I mentioned this above indirectly that it is a small thing that leads to a big thing...

They also mentioned that the perception Grubbs is a great run blocker is at the moment wrong, it changes year to year and 09-10 he was an elite pass blocker and below average run blocker.
