He is a 4-3 end, not a 3-4 end. he MIGHT be able to make the transition but even then the money he will command won't be worth it. I'd rather give the young guys (Kruger, Jones) a shot, and see if Redding can continue his progression to a 3-4 defense.

I'm pretty sure he projects as an OLB in a 3-4, given that he's 6'5, 268.

i understand where hes coming from but he's more of a product of there system they have the williams brothers and allen so it has helped him flourish a little bit i dont see him being a huge factor on any other team tho unless they have near the same talent

This. He'll get a big contract from a team just because of how he was in the Vikings System an had great players playing on the the same defensive line as him. I have read that the Atlanta Falcons will pursue Ray Edwards.

Man, Falcons are going all out this year.

A product of playing next to Jarred Allen and an excellent defensive system. He'll get paid, but I don't see him being anything close to worth the money he'll be demanding.
