Troy Is Sick

Apparently Troy Smith isn't even suiting up due to "flu-like symptoms". Word is Troy is hungover and has diarrhea. Kyle is getting the start tonight. We should also see alot more of Flacco. I'm excited.

Hey Ravens fans. Just to clear things up, Troy isn't "hungover." The team has meetings and a curfew the night before the game on a road trip, and there's only a brief time when they can go out for some dinner, etc. It's a stomach bug. He should be fine.

Joe Flacco is starting, and I wouldn't hold my breath for a Kyle Boller appearance. He's likely to stay on the sideline.

This is definitely not fake. He's definitely not playing. 98rock has a guy on the field and he was pissed when he found out. Whether hungover or not, he's not playing.

Thats not necessarily a bad thing.. He'll have the play the whole game sooner or later.. If hes behind 3rd and 4th stringers, thats also good because he can learn how to work with limited resources..

how do you know its a hangover? website says flu like and viral that dont sound like a hangover to me just sounds like hes sick.... the game is at 8pm yo can beat a hangover by then. i wouldnt think a hangover would keep you out of the deciding game of your career.... also there are conlicting reports about flacco/boller ive herd both are starting wich one is it guess yall will findout in an hour but i gotta wait to see it till sunday at 12 pm your time

I've lost a lot of respect for troy with this.. This game would have been a big game for him too but he screws it up.. This game could have given him the definite yes as starting QB and now he may never get the chance..

I really wanted to see Smith play...I'm pulling for him this year... However, if the guy gets sick and can't play it sucks but I dont think you can blame it on him...simply bad luck and fortunate for him he will still have a chance to earn the #1 spot....

Which sucks more is that I live in Washington and can't see the Ravens game even though Baltimore is only 30 miles away!! Oh but I can watch the O's game! I'm so lucky I can watch a terrible baseball team that i gave up on yrs ago instead of my football team...thanx masn hd!

I'm just telling you what was "unofficially" reported. Of course they wouldn't list it as a hangover. One of the 98rock guys reported that it was a hangover. We'll see.
