Edgar Jones As Tight End

Edward Lee of the Sun reports from practice that Edgar Jones is being used as a tight end, as he had been earlier in minicamp, has switched to jersey no.46 to show this.

Looks like this could be a good way for him to slip onto the opening roster, to use him as a tight end AND as a linebacker. He's got loads of potential at either position, hopefully he can play both positions in the season games.

I think this is a bad idea, you cant mess with someones muscle memory and thought process like that. Hes a developing edge rusher with near elite athleticism.

sure, we need depth at TE, but i think this is drastic. chris chester seems like a sitting duck to me, why not try to convert him to TE? he played there before.
