3) Why get a FB, when you can get a stud RB also. Le'Ron McClain's value is going to spike with Dolphins and Bengals looking to restore their Ground Game.

But the phins already have arguably the best FB in the NFL. Look...i like McClain as a versatile FB, but i'm so sick of how he makes pro bowls and gets hyped when he is only an average blocker. There a number of amazing blockers in the NFL who go under the radar every year even though they do what they are supposed to do (block) better than than most of the hyped FBs. And of course the guy im talking about in this case is Polite.

Yeah I think it would be a project worth undertaking. 4-3 DEs out of college often play in the 3-4 as an OLB or ILB. These guys have NFL experience so I'm sure that it would not take to long for them to learn the position.

I could see Edwards potentially making the transition but not Johnson. He's a little over 6'2 and is listed at 275. Not only would he have to lose some weight, there's no telling how he'd fare playing smaller or in coverage.

The biggest reason I don't see either player being a Raven is the money. Both are approaching, or in their primes, and I can see a number of 4-3 teams shelling out cash to sign them.

That's a good point. Its unfortunate that there are so few good 3-4 pass rushers who are free agents this year.

Here's a list of every free agent. I wish we had addressed center in the draft. Some safeties I would like too like Donte Whitner

Wow now that is a long list of players, and I mean Good Players that will/could become available. Now that really excites me for Free Agency... come on NFL!!!!!!

I want Donte Whitner myself to replace Landry at SS.

I wouldn't get too excited about Free Agency if it's anything like 2010. Between RFA tenders and final 8 rules, we're lucky if we can sign anyone. Redding and TJ were solid pickups but no gamebreakers are coming to the Ravens barring a CBA negotiating miracle.

I do see Ozzie pulling off a trade of some sort however. Are there any disgruntled players out there?
