^^this! I would be very weary of signing a guy of such character. However, if he would be willing to a contract with incentives to keep [i]<himself>[/i] in line, and he seems to come off as a guy who realizes his mistakes, then yea I would give it a shot.

Talib has a history. It wasn't a one-time error, like Donte Stallworth, he has been troublesome for a longggg time. I say no.

The dude has crazy ball skills and would fit in perfectly with our defense if he can get past the off-field issues.

I've got nothing against Talib - I actually don't know much about him except he's a skilled corner with off-field problems. I'm just sayin', when you catch it with your legs, that's luck.

He'd be our third best corner if Wilson and Carr return, he can't tackle and primarily plays zone in the cover 2.

Aqib is better than Carr talent wise, in my opinion at least. Sure he played in a Cover 2 scheme, but it wasn't because he was inept in man coverage.
