Preseason 2: Minnesota Vikings At Baltimore Ravens

199 posts in this topic

Our offense will be alittle more lively in the regular season because all we are going to do is pound the ball with Mcgahee and rice. Just remember we are passing alot more because we are trying to figure out our starting QB. Regular season i expect us to pound the ball alot

I'm shocked that Boller is still taking snaps...there's roughly 10 minutes left in the game, and Flacco will probably see only 5, if that.

Not exactly the most "fair" way to map out this QB competition...unless the plan is to have Flacco start next week, on the road, against St. Louis...*shudder*

It's not a three-way competition, it's only between Boller & Smith. But even still, you'd think that Flacco would still get a fair share of snaps to at least see what he can do.

the way the vikings are driving on our D flacco might only get 1-2 drives...if that

I agree. Our defense will probably give Flacco his shot. Lets hope our D stops em faster

With the fourth overall pick of the 2009 NFL draft, the Baltimore Ravens select offensive tackle Michael Oher.

That offensive line is collapsing again...

But, at least Flacco learned to protect the football this time...lol.

If i was coach harbs i would bench kyle and troy both and start Flacco..Boller and Smith look terrible. He should start Flacco pre season game 3 to put some pressure on boller and smith to perform

Another completion by Flacco to Wheelwright...just keep building that confidence...and release the ball faster, since the line isn't doing anything...

Oh man... Im hopin no one else gets injured from our OL... By the way our backups are playing we gonna see another unproductive offense if our OL cant stay healthy.

Well, the good news is, at least Flacco's completing passes.

The bad news is, the backup offensive line is STILL not protecting. Flacco needs to adjust by releasing the ball faster, obviously, but the line still needs to do its job...

I'm just hoping the defense gets the ball back faster to see what happens if Flacco's confidence builds from that first drive...
