Big game tonight fellas, but we will be missing a whole lot from what I have heard. Smith could shine tonight but without the starting tackles, Todd Heap, Derrick Mason and Willie Mac neither of our QB's will be able to show their true potential.

I'm freaking out 'cause my antenna has a really hard time picking up WMAR-TV, and now I'm flipping through my Comcast listings, and it SAYS that MASN will replace C-SPAN2 for the game, but I remember it saying that two preseasons ago, only to find out it wasn't true in my area...

Ughhhh...I know it's only preseason, but I'll be pissed if I find out that any of the three QBs do well and I missed it...

[EDIT]- NVM, the game's not being shown on MASN here after all...

So, I'll just have to deal with the snowy reception from watching the game on my antenna...but, it's better than nothing. :)

Wow, I'm surprised Sidney Rice managed to get both feet down in-bounds on that sideline catch.

I guess his legendary dad's been teaching him some things, after all...

The more I watch the Vikings' opening drive unfold, the more I hope that the Ravens' offense can move downfield just as efficiently...AND end drives with TDs, like Minnesota just did.

Side note: I wish I was in Baltimore on Mondays so I could get free toppings on my pizza from Papa John's...lol.

Ray Rice is finally looking like the RB he should've been last week.

Let's hope this is a sign of things to come. :)

Troy Smith REALLY needs to be more careful if he continues to scramble like that...I don't care if it was improvised, he has to know to protect his body in the preseason, even if he IS fighting for the starting job tonight.

If he were to get hurt trying to show coaches that extra effort and toughness, then it'd be a moot point since he wouldn't be able to start if he were injured.

I think that was a designed run play for smith

TOUCHDOWN, RAY RICE!

Hmmm...I'm looking forward to seeing how he does, working in tandem with Willis McGahee...

Looks like Tarvaris Jackson is down...I didn't see the hit or what happened, I just looked up and saw Gus Frerotte warming up while Jackson was lying on the ground.

Defense having trouble getting off the field on 3rd down.

yeah but now it looks like we won't have to worry about a scrambling QB. i hope he's not seriously hurt but out for the rest of the game

If Yamon Figurs had held onto that pass, he would've automatically earned the game MVP award this early if the Ravens were to go on to win this game.

But...sadly, didn't happen.

#16 is making plays left and right. He's neck-and-neck with Ray Rice right now for tonight's most impressive performance thus far.

The Vikings are making Ray Rice look like Willis McGahee. In a good way. A VERY good way. :)

i wish the vikings offense would make antwan barnes look like t-sizzle...he doesnt seem like hes coming off the corner real well

Frank Walker did a nice job of defending that endzone catch by taking advantage of the new forceout rule.

Thats about all he has done a good job on

MN so far: 14 1st downs, 7/8 (87%) on 3rd downs, 226 yds offense, & 17 points. We're sorely lacking in defense tonight.
