Brady threw many short passes in almost a WCO where his primary duty was finding the open man and getting him the ball. He did that very well and is the #2 QB in the NFL, but he didn't have to deal with having as terrible an offensive line as Manning who only had 1 good player (Jeff Saturday) on that entire o-line and he didn't have to deal with losing Dallas Clark.

When Dallas got injured, Jacob Tamme led all receivers in targets afterwards. Manning had to make a lot of difficult throws, had worse receivers and had much less time in the pocket and got hurried and pressured multiple times more than Brady.

Peyton Manning is the best QB in the league.

Its too tough to really pick who is definitely better for me. But I don't think you can say that and ignore how Tom had to also deal with injuries, had to fit Woodhead into the offense, two rookie tight ends, and of course one of his favorite targets left in Moss.

why in the world is Matt ryan and sam Bradford (of all people ) ranked higher than Flacco, i know he isnt the best but he is a imo a top 10. And for Bradford he should be around 15,16 maybe but in the top ten, give me one good reason, just one. and it better be a good reason and it still wouldnt hold up.

Screw the list, it junk. We will see how joe is ranked after this season or when Cam is gone, which every comes first (Cam being fired i hope first)

Vick had his chance against Green Bay and lost!Vick had a great season last year but lets look at him before he went to Philly? i think his highest career qb rating was 81 or 82 before this year?I think the offense around Vick made him more than vice versa.

Vick played top 10 this year for sure but overall career wise?lol

wow......interesting his football career is laughable? Yeah i can tell someone doesn't watch much football. Make sure you keep your eye on the guy that is getting Kevin Kolb traded: This year will be even better. Oh and by the way, he was a top 5 Qb this year and missed 4 games.....lol

I've always loved how much love Ryan gets and how little Flacco gets (in comparison) when their stats are practically identical, and Flacco has playoff victories.
Not trying to be funny but this is a interesting stat.... I keep hearing ppl bring up the playoff wins but someone told me these interesting stats.
Well here are the two quarterback's playoff stats...

Joe Flacco (7 starts): 98/184 53.2% 1,050 yards 4 touchdowns and 7 interceptions
Matt Ryan (2 starts): 46/69 66.6% 385 yards 3 touchdowns and 4 interceptions
I give flacco props for his playoffs wins... Matt has to win a playoff game,... But you can easily say the playoff wins is more of a team thing.

I'm not taking anything from Flacco... I'm just saying.. That shouldnt be the defining thing on whose the better player.... Neither are overly good stats but Ryan playoff numbers are actually better then Flacco when you look at the games played aspect.

This debate will go on for years to come..lol
