Profile Pic: Image Scale Not Working

Im trying to upload a profile pic that is too large, and the image scale that is supposed to resize the image isn't working.
I don't have the ability to resize it myself, can anyone help?

I have used image shack in the past. Don't know if its still a good one to use or not.

Photobucket allows you to resize uploaded pictures, or you could download a very simple picture editing program, like irfanview that you can resize any picture yourself.

Yeah, "view new content" is back as well. Is it me or is this site blazing fast now?

IDK they had to do something with the Captcha because the spammers were making through again and looked at some of the other stuff. Maybe they did some updates too.

The resize thing still isn't working.
