Baltimore Is A Fun Team To Watch

I love your defense. That defense reminds me of the Packers defense this past season. You guys think you will be decent next season. As long as the Steelers dont win that division then Im fine with everyone else. I wish you guys the best, beat pittsburgh and New England if you play them.

I think our defense was the main reason we won the super bowl and Aaron Rodgers of course.

Your defense is solid, but Rodgers is why you guys can beat the elite teams. Ravens have had better defenses in the past than the Packers '10 defense, but nothing remotely close to what you guys sport on offense.

Yeah the 2000 and 2008 Raven defenses were sick! You guys physically whooped teams and banged them up as well. If you guys can get some receivers then your offense could be as good as ours next season. I would go after a receiver if I were you guys in the draft.

Thats strange coming from a packers fan. Especially because only Ravens and Steelers fans typically like watching our types of games...defensive brawls. However our D wasn't half as fun to watch as it used to be since Rex Ryan left and since Rodger Goodell started trying to make NFL into a touch football league. And no offense but the Packers D, while good enough for the packers since they have the packers offense, is hardly comparable to the Ravens defense.

If the Pack want to be compared to our D, they need a Ray Lewis.

He isn't Ray Lewis, no one else will ever come close, but they have their own number 52 who's pretty special to be fair.

It's fun to watch the Ravens...unless you support them.

I swear these past 3 seasons have stuck 20 years worth of use on my heart. We never do anything the easy way.

I respect the packers defense. I was happy d. martin got some playing time for the packers. I wish we would have never got rid of him but i think Moll helped us out last season as well. Overall tho both teams are good an should be in the playoffs again next season.

It was pretty fun watching the Pack beat the Steelers in the Super Bowl. I think I speak for a lot of Ravens fans when I say that the 2nd best thing to see, besides our team winning, is seeing the Steelers lose (especially in big games).

Maybe fun to watch the D(on occasion), but I don't see how you could have found our offense fun to watch.

I compare the 2011 Ravens to the movie Hancock with Will Smith. During the 1st half you're like "wow this is great and awesome!" and then the 2nd half rolls around and you go "what the hell am I watching?!?"

I support the Ravens and love them but I think a majority of our 2010 games were boring as crap. Just my honest opinion...

You're not alone. Don't know how other fans enjoy watching our offense play

Yea last year we were in every game that's what made it fun to watch. We gave ourselves a chance to win every game. If we keep that up again this year than it will be another fun year to watch and hopefully we get that superbowl win.

Looking forward to watching our guys under Pagano after Mattinson betrayed my love by giving quarterbacks enough time for a picnic.

Eh, only a couple of games struck me as boring, which is normal for a season. I felt more frustration than anything. All that potential and we underperformed at times. Especially when our team routinely fell apart in the second half.

That's a big thing that no one is talking about. I've got some pretty high expectations for Pagano after seeing what he did with our secondary, hearing some comments from the players, and hearing him speak on the defense, himself.

It's almost like Mattison was never here...

That Tampa Bay game was really boring and I was pretty pissed when they called back that 50+ yard screen to Ray Rice. After the second half that game became a real snooze.

Take this how you will, but I read somewhere that alot of the 3rd down calls were based on Pagano and what he wanted for the secondary.

Theres a reason Pagano defended that 3rd and 18 call in the Divisional playoff game....it was his.

Yeah, I heard that, too. We were middle of the pack in stopping 3rd-down conversions, too. Maybe an area for improvement?

And, to fair, that 3rd & 19 catastrophe was more player error than play-call error. It's inexcusable for Webb and Landry to let a receiver get behind them three seconds after the snap... that would've been converted if we sent seven blitzers.

In the first half of the season, the close games were really interesting. But as it went on in the second half, the under performing just got old to me. The Texans game was one of the most boring for me. The reason why is because it was the same story the whole season for almost all of our losses (and some of our wins). Our offense just plain stalls in the 2nd half while the other team figures out our defense and makes a comeback. Our offense takes the field in the 4th quarter and fails to get points on a crucial drive.

The most entertaining games IMO was the 2nd Steelers game (for some reason I was just hyped for that AND we were whooping them almost the entire game IMO but it just wasn't showing up on the scoreboard), the Falcons game was GREAT, Bills game was exciting , the Saints game was pretty good, the first Browns game was pretty fun to watch as a football(and Anquan Boldin :P ) fan too, and the Pats games are always fun to watch.

BOTH Bengals games were snorefests but the last one takes the trophy for most boring game of the season

I still hear Titan fans whine about the playoff loss against you guys. I hate the Titans so it is music to my ears lol. I would love to see you guys beat them again.

Good, that game was epic oldschool football and one of my favourite games of all time. Titans fans are still upset Ray stole Eddie George's soul in 2000 in the Divisional game in Tennessee.

But that 2008 game we had no business winning at all...which is odd because they had no business winning the regular season game until the ref handed Collins a phantom roughing the passer penalty on Suggs.

Yeah Titan fans seem like a bitter bunch and they seem to hate the Ravens. Now I know why lol.

It is forbidden to mention the lack of a flag when Flacco didn't snap the ball for at least three seconds after the play clock ran out lol.

The Packers defense was a huge reason they won, huge reason they made the playoffs. The year before their defense wasnt so great and Kurt Warner and Arizona put up like 50 points....yeah Rodgers is a great QB and they have a great offense but that defense WINS CHAMPIONHIPS

..as far as the Ravens having better defenses in the past and not winning it all, that's true but those Ravens teams didnt even have an offense....so
