It's a tiresome and frustrating process (ask Bonds). His legacy has already been established, and he will go down as one of the most feared hitters in the history of baseball. I could understand if it was a two or three year player, but Manny is too old for this

Well, we were exposed and those two clubs keep on winning... it will be an interesting race in the AL Central.

This just in.... MLB takes over day to day operations of the Los Angeles Dodgers. this is the best thing to happen for us Dodgers fans in a long time. Hopefully the McCourts will be a thing of the past andvery soon.

But is McCourt going to give up control willingly? From what I've read, he's on the verge of fighting it.

The MLB and MLBPA are strongly considering adding 2 playoff teams (1 in each league) in 2012... the O's might finally have a shot at the postseason!

He can fight it all he wants but what i see is that he is out. Steve Garvey has shown interest along with some local Billionaire. I think Joe Torre put the dagger in the whole thing for McCourt.

Not sure if this will actually happen but there are talks of AL/NL Realignment. The MLB and Players Associate have talked about having the AL/NL consist of 15 teams each instead of the current structure of 16 teams in the NL and 14 in the AL.

Yeah, apparently the Astros, Reds, or some other NL Central team would move to the AL and they would also add a 5th playoff spot. I hope they get it done.
