Pocket collapsed, and Flacco fumbled on his second snap.

Welcome to the NFL, Joe.

Welcome to the NFL indeed. I hope Joe has a short memory

Yup...Flacco's definitely nervous. I can especially see it in his eyes now.

He better get over it FAST.

(I plan on being especially critical of Flacco, given how badly I want him to succeed and prove his critics wrong...which he won't do if he keeps these nerves up)

I definitely feel that Flacco didn't think to move up in the pocket, mainly because he was intent on finding a receiver and tried to ignore the pass rush.

Big mistake on his part.

He was drafted in part for his unique mobility given his size, and he needs to display some of that if he wants to win this job.

Its got to be quite shocking to come from Deleware and all of a sudden your playing the Patriots. Thats quite a jump even if it isn't the patriots starters.

Flacco needs to get rid of that vacant look on his face...I know he's trying to keep his composure, but he looks more nervous than confident.

MAN UP, Joe!

(remember, I'm pulling for him...lol)

Probably, I won't deny that. But, if he wants to be the starter, he can't make excuses.

He needs to be a leader, period.

On that pass that was just thrown, I'm disappointed that the timing was off on the slant route to Justin Harper...I'm not sure if Harper's going too fast or Flacco's releasing too slow.

Three-and-out.

Though, the offensive line was to blame on that last play, since it collapsed like crazy.

And whaddaya know! Special teams makes a HUGE play and gets the ball back for the offense LIKE THAT...lol.
