Baltimore Grand Prix

13 posts in this topic

Anyone else following the developments for the Baltimore Grand Prix this year? This could be the biggest event in years, possibly even bigger than the Baptist Convention a few years ago (if you weren't stuck in that, you have no idea what a traffic jam really is).

I expect this will bring MILLIONS into the local economy. If you check out the map, you'll see there are hotels along and inside the race course. I wonder what those rooms will go for.

I'm lucky enough to have an office overlooking the course and we're already making "tailgate" plans for that weekend.

I'm mostly a NASCAR guy but man I would love to make the trip up to MD for the Baltimore Grand Prix. Your right it should bring a ton of money to the local economy. This should be interesting. When is it by the way?

795 is better lol. This better make money with all the inconvenience it put us through leaving tailgate last year.

I'm just happy they're finally going to fix up those pot-hole-riddled streets...

Yeah, seriously .......before I totaled the 7 (RIP), I used to HATE driving in Baltimore (35 series tires and 22's made for a rough ride).
