it appears the players r against it, which we knew, but it is still being pushed for

The owners will always push for it, but whether it's truly still on the bargaining table is what's really being questioned. I don't think it is; if it really was, the players would be making more of a stink over it by now.

The owners really need to drop this... the players aren't going to agree to it unless they get a significant raise, another Bye week, and expanded rosters.
