Try a local card/memorabilia store. You're all the way in CA so I don't have any suggestions. But, here, there's a place called "DugoutZone" that sells sports memorabilia and other assorted things - they'd buy memorabilia, probably. There have to be things similar in San Diego.

Like Mod 2 said, you may lose a lot of value if you can't verify it. Plus, I don't know how interested any CA places would be in Ravens' stuff.

I just don't know a scenario where a person wouldn't want a signed Ed Reed football. Flacco I kinda get, but 7 time Pro Bowler, 5 time All Pro, 2004 DPOY, Future Hall Of Famer Ed Reed should be wanted by anyone. I question your decision making....

wow, didnt expect to get killed like this.

Yes i meant Ed.

I have my reasons, i guess saying i dont want them wasnt the right wording, but im thinking someone can get more use of them. If not i will just store them away for awhile. I didnt care that they didnt have the COA because i didnt get them to resell, so to me, the COA is worthless.

I will be deploying to Bahrain. Fun times

When it is for your personal enjoyment no one worries about the COA, but when you go to sell it is a must. I don't collect but have a husband and stepson that do. I got in trouble for taking a Ray Lewis McFarlane out of the box lol

Please stay safe in Bahrain.

another thing with coas, unless u have bought something at an auction or player signing, the coa accompanying your item is well, not worthless, but can be called into question, u can go in to any sports store and have someone make u one, heck you can make one on your computer, you almost need a coa for your coa these days haha, if are going to sell privately u should b ok, but if u try to sell to a sports mem shop u may run into some trouble

(genereal statement about coas, not ops items)
