as the title says......... thinking of buying a new comaro, and wanted input from others that have one.....gas mileage, ride, feel, look...exc.....

what are your thoughts?

A bit heavy for my taste, engine is outstanding. Very hard to see out of. I'd wait until the next platform. It will be more refined and not as big.

I've always wanted a Camaro or a Mustang. Too bad I couldn't afford the insurance right now... or the car, but that's a given.

With gas pushing $4 a gallon at a fast pace i definitely would stay away from the muscle...but it is a sweet car...same with the new Challenger.

After the Camaro the Zeta platform will get the axe. I doubt the Camaro will come back immediately afterwards

The Zeta will probably die BUT the Camaro will live. It's Chevys hottestes selling car by FAR. It's already been mentioned that the next gen Caddie (code name: ATS) will share a smaller platform ( Global Alpha) that the Camaro will sit on.

most of those Japanese cars are built here by Rednecks down south.... I'll pass on those too. : P
