It is not about a on or off button but it is about the Boss abusing his power over a subbordinate. $30,000.00 sounds cheap for his violation.

The girl just wants money. As simple as that.

It says she was payed 12,500 as damages to her feelings and self respect. When the hell did feelings and emotions become products? Hell, all the stuff I've been through as well as a lot of other people who have had to deal with losses, embarrassement, depredation, etc. should probably be seeing checks worth $100,000, but we don't show up in court, using the sentiment-card. Honestly, your phone has an "OFF" button. You could even change your number. I have no sympathy for stupid people like this man.

Also it would have helped if she didn't get in a relationship with him in the first place. In the article it says and I quote "McIntosh said she had a brief consensual sexual relationship with Augustynowicz after she was hired at the firm in early 2008."

None of this happens, none of the abusive texts or suggestive texts happen if she doesn't get involved in a relationship in the first place! She just wants money.
