Harris had a down year and struggled with blockers when they came his way, I guess they still see him developing.

Off topic: Bart Scott is someone I still don't get, after he gets blown up by Ward he'll smash through Kemoeatu on a pull.

I don't really even like Harris...as Blood Raven said he struggles with blocks and from what I've seen he is pretty sluggish. Not worth the money to me.

He made a name for himself in 09 but I'm guessing he's still better than their number 3. Still, he's not worth close to a franchise tag salary.

His regular season stats weren't too good this year, but he did have a pretty good post season. He let the postseason in Tackles.

I agree.

Last year the franchise Salary for a LB was 9.6 million, no way is he worth that.
