Website Editing/additions (html)

3 posts in this topic

I work for a student newspaper and being in charge of the official website, I decided that I wanted to add a content glider, or a slideshow that goes through each of the stories, similar to what we have on the Ravens home page.

The only problem is that I'm moderately knowledgeable at HTML, not enough to know where to begin with this new addition. I was hoping someone that works with websites would be able to direct me to a tutorial or offer some helpful advice on where to start.

Update: Right now I'm going to try implementing the Coda Slider 2.0 using Dreamweaver, any tips regarding proper usage would be appreciate. LINK

Best bet is probably to ask fly. He's the computer guy around here. I'm not really familiar myself with htmls, but here's an interesting chart I got from some website I occasionally visit.

I don't know if it'll help, but it's something. I also have similar charts for css, javascript, php and mysql if you want it.
