Joe Flacco will be "officially" announced as a Raven today. A few days too late, seeing as how every major sports network already knew the details of the contract, lol.

I think they agreed on terms a few days ago. Not sure why they haven't signed the deal yet but i'm glad it's gonna be done today.

its a way to "Formally" address the media and the fans alike, and its also a way to "offically" get this job done and over with. everyone (media and such) will see for themselves, Flacco signing, on the Dotted line, thus making it Offically Offical, and its also a way in which Ozzie and Flacco or either or, to address the media about this or that in a brief Statement or two, and it gives a chance for both sides (Ozzie and Flacco) to have their own personal thoughts on this whole process, the outlook of the team, the progression, the Hopes, the development, the hopes of having everyone in Camp on time, the Progression in the other Rookie Contract talks and the hopes of having everyone in Camp and on time.

besides the fact that If someone asks a questiom in which either side feels to be irrelivant to the situation or feels as though, does not need to be addressed at this current point in time, then they always have the open end option of "declining to comment" or "will get back with you on that at a Later Date" type deal.
