I have a speech i have to prepare and I'd like a good quote by Ray Lewis, or any other Raven. It needs to be a deep, thoughtful quote on how to better yourself. I know Ray has lots of them and i want the best.

I like Franchise's quote, its short and meaningful. i seen various quotes by Ray that were all refering to the game, but the first quote can be directly related to life.

edit: i was actually going to use the last part of that quote. "the day i lose a step is the day i lose love for the game"

Ohhh ok yeah true true. I like that quote too. Mine was basically about overcoming adversity and even though he didn't state it, it kind of says other people can overcome it too.

My favourite is from the America's Game segment the Ravens did in 2000 from the out takes.

That for me sums up all contact sports in a nutshell, football and hockey you keep coming and coming and coming being physical, force your will on the other team until they tap out.

Canada vs Russia 2010 Olympic game is the prime example of that in hockey, Canada forced its will on Russia the entire game and the Russians wanted no part of the mentality the Canadians were playing with.
