Real men wear Pink...oh wait that's Red.

But as posted in the LFW article he'll have some book signings in Baltimore & DC. A chance to get an autograph and not be under 12 years of age.
Oher will be at the Power Plant Barnes & Noble on Thursday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m., the K Street Borders in Washington D.C. on Friday at 12:30 p.m. and the Timonium Borders on Saturday, Feb. 12 at 2 p.m. to sign copies of his new book.
Easier done than being a 30 year old man pretending to be 12.

I understand where Oher is coming from being a black man from a poverty ridden neighborhood ( ghetto ) myself b/c what happen to him is one in a million chance of happening and there are plenty of Michael Ohers out there ( guys from the ghetto that has the potential to play a professional sport or just be productive in society with just working a 9-5 but do to their circumstances, they neva reach that level and end up dead or in jail ) but......... its time for Oher to sort of put that past him and focus on being the best LT he can be b/c his opposition won't give hm a free pass b/c of his incredible story, ask Harrison,Lol. That's really incredible and more of a miracle that happened to you Oher but put that to rest already even though I know its hard to do seeing how miraclous your life story is but maybe this is the very thing that's effecting your play also.

Screw these book signings, needs to work on his timing. His greatest strength is also his greatest weakness.
Its the offseason. They deserve life outside of football as well. Plenty of time to work on his timing in TC.

Yes I agree. And its not like he was doing something fun. If its for the community, I'm for it period.

You have to applaud the positive offseason things. So many of the guys in the NFL do very little positive things in the offseason. There are guys getting stabbed, having controversies, getting arrested.

Exactly. I don't think things like this should be mandatory, I think it seems so much more meaningful when it is actually them volunteering.

You forget how big football players are until you see them next to mortal humans.
I was actually more shocked by how small they were. You expect them to be huge. I was standing pretty close to Ray Rice and he looked tiny. I am 6'3" 230. Cody didn't seem as big to me as he seems either. Nakamura is tiny as well.

David Hale and Gaither, now them some big boys.

Or when you're shaking their hands. I got Boldin's autograph and my pic with him. No wonder he doesn't drop many passes. His hands dwarf mine.

I saw him on a few programs as well. It seemed like he had rehearsed his answers well to most common questions! He repeatedly said "I wanna be like Mike"! Go RAVENS!
