Alot of things come into play here when you think about the QB position. Most importantly the poise of the QB, I think this year flacco lost poise at very important times and let the game get away from him. That is not the QB coaches fault as much as its the QB himself's fault. Flacco will have to understand that to be great your gonna have to shake those fears and just go out there and get it done. That is what seperates a ryan leaf from a payton manning, confidince and poise.
